I used my Hermes AI Agent to build a list of potential customers I can reach out to by email or phone and pitch helping them set up AI Agents to automate their manual workflows.
Pre-requisites
- Hermes AI Agent setup & running
- Hermes connected to your Google a/c
My exact Hermes prompt
- Browse these reference website pages (URL-1, URL-2, URL-3)
- Under “category-name” category, find a list of companies such as (Ex-1, Ex-2, Ex-3)
- Click through each company page & extract the following meta-data (Business Name, Business Category, Website URL, Phone No, Email ID, Name of Owner, Owner Email, Owner Phone).
- Some info such as Owner Email ID and Owner Phone may NOT be directly listed on the page. In such cases, do a Google Search (Company Name + Owner Name + Owner Phone Number) or (Company Name + Owner Name + Owner Email ID) and extract information listed either on the search result page OR top-3 links.
- Once extracted, save each meta-data in a separate column in this Google Spreadsheet (ID: 123123123123)
Output
Hermes AI Agent added Name | Category | Website | Phone | Email ID etc in requisite columns in the Google Sheet ID that I provided.

For small businesses, this is no longer a cool demo, but an actual usable implementation of an AI agent in production to enable the sales or go-to-market teams to rapidly reach out to potential customers.
If you would like to know how to automate a specific manual workflow in your business, let me know and I would be happy to build and share.
